"New event alert!! On Friday the 26th of April from 2pm to 4pm we will be set up in the arts block at the tables for free face painting!! Get some cute flowers on your arm or perhaps some fire and skulls! or if you're feeling brave a lovely princess crown on your forehead! Nothing like rocking that butterfly-look to lectures! There will be a donation box and link on the day with all funds going towards MSF!! We can't wait to see you all!!"

"Athletics, ESN and Mental Health Society are coming together to host a fun run in aid of SOSAD. The run will start by meeting at the Phoenix building at 3pm. We will have somebody from each society and club organiser there. We will do a short route through north and onto south campus and back to the Phoenix Building. We are asking people to donate just 2 euro to take part. We will have a committee member collecting money there in a bucket. Afterwards we will go to the Rye clubs and societies space which we have booked for some snacks and refreshments. All organisers will promote the run on relevant social media once it has got the greenlight. ESN have got some SOSAD merchandise also which will be good to promote the charity and create awareness."

"We are excited to be planning the first surf x snow ball on the 2nd of may 2024. We have booked the courtyard hotel in Leixlip. the area is an upstairs private room where we will have a band playing and booked in some DJs for the remainder of the night. the hotel is taking care of security. We are planning on doing two rounds of ticket sales: one this Thursday at 1pm in the arts building and the other Tuesday same time and location. the tucket price will be 35 euro per person and will be through bank transfer. Our maximum capacity is 200 people, which we hope to fill out. We have advertised our event on our surf page @musurfclub on Instagram as well as sending out an email to all of our members. We are in the process of getting posters and tickets printed to put around campus and will come to you to get the stamp of approval!We kindly ask you to approve this event, co- president, Laura Grg"
