We are delighted to announce that our journal, Silver Hand, has been accepted as a Student Publication Association (SPA) member. Every member of our society now has access to professional workshops and resources that cover a range of exciting topics. SPA aims to provide help and guidance to student publications, showcasing work at a regional and national level. They also run events, an annual conference, and an awards night. Formed in Southampton in 2012 and registered as a charity in 2020, they now represent 175 student publications across the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. We are looking forward to getting involved and availing of all the events and training on offer.
