About Environmental Society

EnviroSoc is all about how we can increase sustainability in the world and on campus. We run workshops, attend demonstrations, support national and international campaigns, run gardening sessions every week, have monthly clothes swaps, run foraging events around campus and more!

We tackle issues such as climate change, the biodiversity crisis, waste and plastic and government inaction. We also teach skills for you to make a real difference such as our repair workshop for fashion items that have holes in them etc.

We want to make campus life more sustainable and meet like minded people who care about the planet and want to make a difference. Our aim is to increase awareness of climate issues, offer an array of activities for you to engage in and feel part of a community that seeks to help the planet.
