(ASTRO PITCH)
"Touch rugby is a fast paced non contact form of rugby. It is ideal for those who have suffered injuries but want to still experience that competitive rugby edge and get a serious fitness experience! Previous rugby exposure would help but it can be open to new players too! If you feel this may be too fast, then join in TAG rugby on Monday at 8pm on the astro instead."
