Are classes suitable for all levels?
Our classes are open to all levels from beginner to intermediate and beyond. If a class is designed for a specific level, it will be clearly specified.
What do I need to bring to yoga class?
All equipment is provided including yoga mats and blocks. However, if you prefer to bring and use your own you are more than welcome to do so. We recommend bringing a drink.

This free class offers a gentle and supportive space for students to relax, reconnect, and take a breather from academic life. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels, with an emphasis on wellbeing rather than performance.

Each week focuses on a different theme such as stress relief, self-compassion, grounding, or emotional balance—blending mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection.
