As a partner with CWIT (Connecting Women with Technology), we have brought you this exciting virtual event! Tech Starter is a program targeting female STEM students in Irish Colleges across Ireland, empowering you to choose a career in tech.

The first virtual event in this year's Tech Starter program, this exciting panel discussion involves 4 panelists: all successful women working in the tech field in Ireland, from companies like Intel to Deloitte. They're going to be talking about how they got started in technology; from their student days to their expanding professional tech careers; the myriad number of options and roles available in tech; as well as what it's really like being a woman in tech.

Don't miss out on this ever-popular panel discussion, that students loved last year in Trinity, Maynooth University, and UCD!

The event is sponsored by Xilinx and exciting exhibitors include VMWare, Bank of Ireland, Cubicle Telecom, Citrix, Amazon, Workday, Google, Avanade, Microsoft, Eirgrid and Dornan Group!

During the event, you will hear live talks from employers, attend skills sessions, participate in panels and Q&As and network LIVE with graduate employers (chat, audio and video)!

Students have skipped interview stages through networking with graduate recruitment teams at such events and so this truly is a unique and exciting opportunity! :) The spaces for this event are very limited and we have provided you with a private registration link!

Speakers and exhibitors will be populating the lobby page (you can see this once approved) with exciting content over the coming weeks, so try and register as soon as possible! You need to click the green 'Register to participate' button and then fill out your details. Once this is complete, please click 'Register to participate' one more time to provide your mobile number :) the button should then turn to grey and your application will be received for approval!
