| Our classes are open to all levels from beginner to intermediate and beyond. If a class is designed for a specific level, it will be clearly specified. |
| What do I need to bring to yoga class? |
| All equipment is provided including yoga mats and blocks. However, if you prefer to bring and use your own you are more than welcome to do so. We recommend bringing a drink. |
