Are classes suitable for all levels?
Our classes are open to all levels from beginner to intermediate and beyond. If a class is designed for a specific level, it will be clearly specified.
What do I need to bring to yoga class?
All equipment is provided including yoga mats and blocks. However, if you prefer to bring and use your own you are more than welcome to do so. We recommend bringing a drink.

Valentine’s / Galentine’s Partner Yoga 

By popular demand, our Partner Yoga Class is BACK! After being such a hit last time, we couldn’t resist bringing it back in the spirit of Palentine’s 

This class is all about connection, laughter, and having a bit of fun on the mat. Expect playful partner poses, gentle stretches, and lots of opportunities to bond—whether that’s with your boyfriend, girlfriend, bestie, roommate, or just a pal you want to drag along.

Only one person needs to book, so feel free to bring someone from outside the society along with you at half price. No yoga experience needed, just an open mind and a sense of humour. And yes—it is perfectly normal to wobble, laugh, and fall over each other (that’s half the fun).

Each week focuses on a different theme—such as stress relief, self-compassion, grounding, or emotional balance—blending mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection.
