We are holding a bake sale to raise funds for ISTO's upcoming competition. All allergens will be listed and shown.

Table quiz night out to test peoples general knowledge. Fun night with prizes to be won! all proceeds go to the MSU Charity of the year Threshold. 

Retro Themed Karaoke Night. It will take place in the MSU Venue. The Entry per person will be €3. This event will be in collaboration with the Latin American Culture Society.

All Proceeds will go towards MSU Threshold Charity.

We will be holding our annual bounceathon from 9 am Tuesday 5th December until 9 am Wednesday 6th December. We will have people jumping on both trampolines for 24 hours straight, so please come for as much of it as you can, we need all the support we can get! Hope to see you all there :) 

We will be handing out sponsorship cards at training for people to raise money. All donations will go towards LauraLynn Children's Hospice, to support children with life-limiting conditions, this is the ISTO charity for this year!

We will be hosting a Decades Party in the Roost at 8 pm on Tuesday 28th November in order to raise money for LauraLynn Children's Hospice. We will have music and decorations from throughout the decades and encourage people to dress up as their favourite decade!!

We are having a Movember Bounce to raise awareness for men's mental health. Members are able to wear the fake sticky mustache that we will provide. 

A coffee morning on Thursday from 11 am to midday, to welcome all new and returning members to start the year before training starts. 

We will be holding our AGM on Tuesday 23rd May at 7pm in Iontas Lecture Theatre, where we will be electing our new committee for 2023/2024. Positions we are looking for are: Captain/Co-Captain Events Officer (ENTS) Treasurer Public Relations Officer (PRO) Secretary Health and Safety Officer (HSWO) Ordinary Committee Member (OCM) To nominate yourself for one of these positions you can fill out the AGM form in our instagram bio.  We will be holding a pj bounce on the 26th of April. This will be during our training time between 7:30pm and 10pm. Members will come into training wearing any sort of pjs or lounge wear.

We will be electing our new captain and treasurer. We will also be discussing our upcoming events and upcoming competition, ISTO . We will also be answering any questions that members have. 

 We will be holding a valentines red bounce in aid of the ISTO (Irish Student Trampoline Open) charity, Aware. Members will attend wearing a piece of red clothing and can donate through a link in our instagram bio. 

We’ll be having an AGM (annual general meeting) to elect some new committee members next Thursday 28th of April at 7pm in CB1? We will be voting on a new constitution as well!

 You can nominate through the link in our Instagram bio and you should have a little 2 minute speech prepared on why you should be nominated. Join us at the roost for some celebratory drinks after the AGM! ? If you’ve got any questions, don’t be afraid to ask us!

We will be hosting our Rainbow Bounce where we want everyone to wear the most colourful clothes you own!! It will be taking place on Wednesday the 23rd during our 7:30pm-10pm training session. ?? This bounce will be in aid of the ISTO charity Marymount Hospice so there is a required donation of €2.

We will be holding our anual sponsored 24 hour bounceathon in order to raise money for the charity Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust. Feel welcome to attend at any stage through the 24 hours. If you’d like to get involved in raising money, message either Molly or Maya for a sponsorship card, each donation is entry into a raffle! We’ll have pizza and fun so come along!

The annual MU Clubs & Socs Awards are being held on Tuesday 27th April ??

Although we’d love to be partying in the Glenroyal, we’ll be having a watch party as a club over Teams! Join us at 7:30pm (the awards start at 8) and feel free to dress up and bring snacks and drinks ??

Our workout collabs are back!

This semester we’ve extended our fortnightly stretching sessions to a weekly event in collaboration with Trinity, UCD and QUB tramps!

Join us every Friday at 5pm for alternating stretches, conditioning and cardio workouts ????

This Thursday we’re hosting a fundraiser for the ISTO charity of the year (Dublin Rape Crisis Centre)- we’ll be doing a virtual escape room!

Participation is super simple: Enter in teams of 4, and donate €10 per team to DRCC- either on @irishstudenttrampolineopen ‘s Instagram, or by sending it to us directly and we’ll donate it for you.

The team to finish first will receive a €20 One4All voucher per person, and any team to finish after that will receive €10 per person. There will also be spot prizes!

We’ll also be having a raffle for a whopping €100 One4All voucher! Enter any time before the event (€2 per ticket, or €5 for 3 tickets)

For Charity Week, we’ll be hosting an in-house competition to raise funds for the charity of the year, MS Ireland!

To enter, all you have to do is:

-take a screenshot of the donation

-video yourself doing a trampolining skill- you do NOT need a trampoline for this, be as creative as you like, with video editing etc!

Maynooth University Trampoline Club are hosting our Annual 24 Hour Bounceathon this coming Tuesday (14th of November) from 9 AM in the Small Sports Hall!

Come join us for a non-stop relayed bouncing, where you can jump around, get down to some tunes, chill out and have the craic, and see a showcase of our fellow Clubs and Socs as they also join us throughout the event!

Trampoline Club host there EGM and welcome one and all to come.
You will meet your committee and elect a first year rep. all while enjoying some free Pizza.

We will also be going out in maynooth afterwards for the first of many tramp nights!
