Hey everyone, we are hosting an event in partnership with Summer Camp USA! There will be a raffle with a prize to be won!

Summer Camp USA is offering a potential J1 sponsorship to America, to work in one of their many summer camps where you can participate in many sporting areas. You can also earn up to €2000 over the course and take time at the end to explore America.

Before booking with us, please book a timeslot at Gravity first! Without the reservation at Gravity we cannot guarantee that you will be able to climb with us.

This event is for everyone who is either registered at the Gravity climbing gym or has bouldered at least six times in the last 12 months. 

We will meet at Gravity Climbing Gym in Dublin at 7:45pm and then climb for as long as we want.

We are very sorry that we had to cancel this weeks event, but there were some unforeseen complications with the booking process.

This event is for everyone who is either new to bouldering and climbing or has not bouldered at least six times in the last 12 months or just wants to freshen up their climbing knowledge with an Induction before conquering the walls on their own again. If you do not need an Induction, please book the other event which will happen at the same time: 18:00 NO INDUCTION)

We will meet at Gravity Climbing Gym in Dublin at 17:50 and the Induction will start at 18:00 - don't be late! (if that's too early for you we have another event at 20:30).

This induction will cost 25€; this includes your entry to the Gravity and registration, hire of climbing shoes and the Induction by one of the climbing coaches. We will be groups of 6 and it will take about 90min. After that, you are free to climb on your own.

Please book this event until Friday the 3rd. We cannot program the booking to close by then but we can't ensure you will get a spot if you book any later as we have to reserve the spots at Gravity by Friday.

This is the first introductory caving trip with Speleological Union (Body representing caving in Ireland). It involves some walking, stooping and crawling through passages (like walking through a very small canyon), with one or two small free climbs. This is a really good opportunity for members of Rock Climbing to try something a little outside their comfort zone.

Hi guys we're having a collaboration with Karaoke society this Thursday from 7-11pm in the SU venue. There will be lots of singing and even a bit of friendly competition between clubs as surf club, table tennis and ultimate Frisbee will also be taking part. It bound to be a fun night with lots of craic to be had!

Hi guys, rock climbing inter varsities are being hosted by DCU  this year and will take place in Awesome walls. This will be a two day event with the bouldering competition taking place on the Saturday and the rope climbing competition on the Sunday. There will be four categories female/male beginners and female/male advanced. There will also be  talks on the Friday and Saturday night, followed by refreshments in the DCU College bar. It is bound to be a fun weekend and we hope many of you will join us. If you would like to go please let us know by this Saturday (8th) and we will be collecting a 10 euro deposit (which will be refunded after attending IVs) on Friday from 10-3pm at arts block tables. 

Hi Guys! As an end of semester trip we are going bowling and doing laser tag in Leisureplex next Thursday. We will be meeting at the 139 bus stop (opposite Bradys) at 3.30 pm. The cost of the trip is 10 euro. We hope to see you all there!

Hi Everyone!

We are doing a taster rope climbing session in Dublin Climbing Center this Friday. We are getting the bus leaving Maynooth at 4pm and it will cost 10 euro per person. Please email rockclimbing@mulife.ie if you are interested in going. 

The club is doing it's first ever social event! Make your own DIY Club T-shirts and meet new people. The event will take place this Thursday to make the bleach dyed t-shirts and next Thursday to add our own personalised Club Logo to them. The fee for both days together is only a fiver! 

Our first EGM is on the 13! Join us for pancakes on pancake tuesday!
