About Kickboxing

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing also known as the ''art of eight limbs'' is an unarmed martial art and national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai has a striking element which involves elbows, punches, knees and kicks as well as a grappling element known as the clinch. Alongside Muay Thai we will also incorporate aspects of Dutch Kickboxing which focuses heavily on powerful low kicks and strong punching combinations.

We aim to share our love of the sport and create a community where all levels of experience have a place to train from complete beginner to advanced fighters can train. We train three times a week and will train both contact sparring and non-contact shadow boxing, pad and bag work.
