"Hello Everyone Weekly-Cram is a social meet up where members of the Society have coffee or tea with biscuits while doing peer-to-peer learning, catching up chats or Assignment and Reports. The purpose of the social event is to relax and do peer-to-peer learning from one another. This is also a great chance to get to know other society members with similar interests. Weekly-Cram is every Monday at 11am-12pm and Tuesday at 1pm till 2pm. "

"Hi, the climbing club will meet up Monday Wednesday and Friday at 6pm at Gravity Climbing gym.For all new to the gym you will need to call and book an induction course at the gym prior to being allowed on the wall. Booking slots are limited so please have a look ASAP. Once induction is done (maybe 45 min) you are free to join the rest of the society. If you have already done your induction and don't have a membership pass, Please be aware about the day passes. About 13euro with shoes.After that you are all set and ready to fly up the walls!(HOW TO GET THERE.I find the handiest way to the get there if you don't have a car is to get the C4 or C3 bus in Maynooth towards Ringsend Road and get off at Memorial Gardens, stop 7435 then Walk 1.3 km (16 minutes) to Gravity Climbing Centre, Goldenbridge Industrial Estate, 6a, Inchicore, Dublin)"

"Fundamentals of Muay Thai and Kickboxing will run through the basics of punching, kicking, throwing knees and combinations as well as the fundamentals of footwork. We will work on the basics by demonstration and work to hone those skills through shadow boxing and pad work. The class will also include conditioning through circuits, core conditioning, pad work and shadow boxing. Equipment required for beginners are hand wraps and gloves if you have them. For advanced fighters there will be light sparring with gumshields gloves and shin guards."

"This semester, join students from colleges and universities across Ireland in praying the rosary for the renewal of the Catholic Faith in Ireland.We will be praying the novena together EVERY DAY on Instagram.
